Key Accountabilities 主要职责：
- Responsible for Production shift management, adjust the product plan for customer changes, ensure the product delivery. Cost and quality to meet customer requirements. Organize and coordinate the quality, find problems in the work and deal with in a timely. Responsible for update and maintain the production management system.
全面负责生产线管理，对于客户的变动及时调整生产计划、保证产品交期，成本，质量满足客户要求。
组织并协调质量，寻找工作中的问题及时汇总处理。负责生产管理系统数据维护及更新。
- According to production daily Lop to organize the discussion, find the disadvantages in the process, improve the quality of the products. Summary the monthly production CIP for internal meeting, sorting relevant work (participate the reasonable advice), organize regular safety inspection to ensure the equipment and process in accordance with the standard production.
根据生产管理系统每日的Lop有计划的组织讨论，研究工艺中的不足，提升产线质量，汇总每月产线CIP进行内部会议，分选相关人员工作（同时参与***合理建议评选）组织定期的内部安全检查，确保设备、工艺都按照制定的标准进行生产。
- Responsible for driving team leader and shift leader to 5S check, participate and organize the periodic audit, improve the problems and requirements.
负责带动产线班长、线长的日常5S检查,参与并组织周期性的全面审核，将问题以及改善的要求落实到各个层面并不断提高。
- Find the process and production problems in production and quality date, analysis the completion, OEE, find the assignment problems in process. Organize the communication meeting with team, understand the real production situation. Hold on the communication meeting regularly with all of the operators.
从生产数据以及质量数据中查找工艺、生产任务中的漏洞，分析完成率、OEE指标，寻找工艺中的分配问题，与班组进行定期的沟通会议，了解产线真实的生产状况。定期召开全员沟通会议。
- Responsible for monthly safety training, organize regular team safety inspection. According to TS system to organize the train of chemical management and micro processing waste. Tracking the factory safety Lop and update related content.
负责每月的安全培训、组织班组进行定期的安全检查。根据TS体系进行化学品管理、微废处理的培训。
跟踪工厂安全Lop并及时更新相关内容。
- Understand the line workstation operation time, according to the relevant data to process optimization to improve productions efficiency, arrange the operator internal job transfer training regularly, establish a multi-skilled operators pattern, do a vision for operator adjustment. Organize the training for TS and BPS. Implement the training for one piece flow, PM, 5S, CIP, Team work etc. find art production theory.
了解每条生产线、工作站运行以及操作时间，根据相关数据进行有效分析（进行必要的工艺优化调整）来获得生产效率提升，组织并有计划的安排员工进行内部转岗培训，建立多技能的员工矩阵，为人员分配调整做远景规划，组织TS体系、BPS系统培训，实现单件流、PM、5S、CIP、Team work等培训。
- Arrange related trainings to new operators according to the orientation training plan , which should be evaluated by QA and ME; organize Quality Training.
按照入职培训要求安排新员工并予以记录，并由质量、ME进行评估。组织协调质量的培训。
- Realize the production and process problems form early meeting, production plate, organize the meeting and give the feedback. Reward is clear, improve operators morale. Effectively control of overtime.
从每日早会，产线信息板的反馈了解员工所反映的质量、工艺问题，进行会议讨论并给予员工反馈，赏罚分明，提升员工士气。有效管理控制加班时间。
- According to the production differences to account materials, arrange the regular inventory according to the difference. Focus on the downtime of production equipment, meeting with ME regularly. Arrange and supervise the PM plan, communicate for the multiple or a greater influence on the stop line, Give the analysis to management. According to the monthly forecast from SCC to arrange the operator recruitment.
根据产线差异进行及时的原材料盘点，安排各线的定期盘点并根据差异进行分析汇总处理。
关注产线设备的停机时间、定期与ME部门会议。安排并监督PM计划的实施。对于多次停线且影响较大的设备予以沟通，分析汇总到上级管理层。根据每月的SCC预测积极配合工厂人员招聘管理。
Main Requirement 任职要求：
- 3+ years production management experience, 5+ years’ experience in assembly line of automotive plant.
3年以上生产管理经验，5年以上汽车行业工长装配配线工作经验。
- Bachelor degree above, major in Engineering/Mechanical.
本科以上学历，工程或机械相关专业。
- Computer software skill, excellent in excel and data analysis.
熟练电脑，尤其用Excel进行数据分析。
- Good command of English in oral and written.
熟练的英文口语及书面表达能力。
- Strong sense of responsibility, result oriented, a team play with strong interpersonal and communication skill. Mature with professional attitude and able to work under pressure.
