岗位职责：
1、对工程部文件的收集、整理、分类归档等工作，做到随时可 提供查阅，确保工程资料的有效管理和使用。
2、 负责工程办公日常用品的领取及管理。
3、 负责对工程部所需的各种受控表格及文件资料等按类进行整理、留存及发放，工作细致、耐心，责任心强，具有保密意识。
4、负责工程部会议记录及协助文件的起草与打印工作，并做好会议记录和整理工作。
5、负责工程部所签订的合作协议及发包合同等资料存档备查。
