Duties and responsibilities

? Source and identify prospective exhibition, conference and meeting event organizers, regularly adding to, and updating, contact details in order to build and maintain a targeted and credible database;
? Maintain regular communication with potential clients, including for example, lunch meetings, sales visits and seasonal greetings;
? Proactively work to retain and expand major recurrent business through personal attention to the accounts, maintaining effective communications with clients, and understanding and fulfilling the clients’ needs, including making provisions for recurrent event tenancies in future years;
? Enhance customer satisfaction levels through coordination of, and responsiveness to, client needs; and,
? Provide management with up-to-date market information through regularly conducting surveys, and data collection of the related business sectors.

Requirements, knowledge and experience

? University degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism or Hotel Management;
? Good marketing skills with a minimum of three (3) years of sales and marketing experience, one (1) year of which is at a supervisory level;
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills which are mandatory to maintain effective personal contact with clients, customers, industry executives;
? Enthusiasm and responsiveness relative to being part of EXPO’s team and to meeting, at a minimum, the duties and responsibilities of the position; and,
? Excellent written and verbal communications skills, fluent in Chinese (reasonable English skills preferred also). 举报 分享
