职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for department problem solving and performance evaluation
2. Establishes production schedule and targets to meet the requirements of existing and projected sales orders
3. Responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities for one product group within the plant to ensure continuous and efficient production at a desired level of yield, quantity, quality and cost
4. Manages and executes various programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency
5. Well manage production quality status.
6. Coordinate and communicate with other department to solve the problem occurred in production
7. Manage and implement the standard from Quality department and customer
8. Implement the plant PPM goal
9. Take responsibility for all plant operation by night shift (EHS, Production, Administration, Plant building ect.) and take responsibility for urgent issue by night shift.

Qualification:
1. At least 3 years manufactory management experience with an international manufacturer;
2. Strong communication and presentation skills;
3. Familiar with production procedure and quality standard
4. Good production experience and relevant knowledge in employee law
5. Good leadership and good ability in analysis,
6. Can understand written English
