职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、协助设计主管执行项目前期创意，完成创意构想、创意执行、后期设计制作等工作；
2、提供专业视觉表现支持，保证高效率、高质量的完成工作；
3、配合设计团队确保项目及时推进。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历应届往届毕业生均可，艺术设计、美术等设计专业优先；
2、熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator、Indesign、CorelDraw等设计、排版软件，能独立完成设计作品；
3、良好的美术功底，丰富的想象力和良好的创造力；
4、对广告行业有一定的了解，有一定审美及视觉评判能力；
5、热爱创意设计工作，善于学习和思考，动手能力强，对设计细节有较好的把握。
