职位描述：
? Definition of painting (mainly KTL) and corrosion protection processes for Chassis components, according to customer and Gestamp requirements. By corrosion protection processes, the most currently used by Gestamp are Waxing, PWC Coating, Galvanization, Pickling as a supplementary treatment to the KTL line.
? Develop the Gestamp Strategy to support corrosion protection requirements specifying the optimal specification taking in consideration a combination among material specification and raw material treatments (like galvanization), material pre-treatments, the influence of some oils and lubricants during processes like stamping, machining and extrusion, environment conditions, material post-treatment, etc.
? Develop the Gestamp Technical Specification to support sourcing process, supplier and equipment selections
? Develop with auxiliary means of production like power and free systems, painting racks definition, integration with input and output operations It means also to conceptually design the painting racks and the most suitable nesting / position of the components inside the painting rack.
? Develop the quality concept to correctly specify and control de process under investigation related to corrosion protection
? Specify the corrosion protection strategy and estimate the investment required as well as the technical availability
? Support quotation process during new business activities or existent projects; identifying the most suitable solution. It means the definition of the painting and others process product unity cost as well as investment and tooling values
? Analyse the design feasibility from painting and others corrosion protection perspective.
? Provide feasibility reports and develop alternative solutions to solve issues and improve performance.
? Develop prototype process requirements, and support prototype builds to enable learning and feedback.
? Support programme meetings and reviews (PFMEA, Manufacturing, Proto-builds, costing, purchase etc.).
? Support industrialization phase, supplier follow-up and equipment set-up
任职资格：
? Qualified to degree or equivalent level in Engineering, Industrial or Manufacturing related subject.
? Experience on one or more processes like painting, waxing, other related to corrosion protection technologies
? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain credibility at all programme levels.
? Good communication skills to interact at all levels across the business including customers and suppliers.
? Knowledge of high volume automotive manufacturing techniques.
? Knowledge and experience of working to automotive OEM program procedures as well as OEM technical specifications applied for corrosion performance
? Able to travel and be assigned to programme support activities as required.
? Good computer literacy specifically Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and CATIA basic level for product nesting investigation
