As a Manager, Software Engineering, you will build technical skills by participating in projects and interacting with customers. You will learn how to efficiently create enterprise-class software in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities may include:
? Contribute to the programming of new applications under Microsoft Windows Platform and Azure platform.
? Able to analysis, and design and implement according to the specification
? Involved in the client continuous and release management process
? Support, maintain and administer deployed solutions
? Responsibility for application builds, and ensuring that all required elements is documented and passed on to those specification for the implementation of new releases.
? Build and maintain customer Relationship by providing high quality of both business analysis services and technical solutions.
? Good collaboration with count part teams and foreign business partners.
? Fully take part in the pre-transition, self-study system function and technical documentation, do pilot on INT/PRE-PRODUCTION environment, especially on windows azure phase.
? Working with customer Windows Azure governance board to learn and study customer Windows Azure governance model, pro-type, including methodology and tooling.
? Working with customer Microsoft Domain and QA Domain manager to facilitate the DevOps way on Windows Azure, assist CTR solution facilitated in a DevOps deliver way.
? Review the critical issues happened in project phase 1, focusing on Azure service bus problem studying, in a proactive manner to report the potential risk of each interface with the surrounding system.
? Train project solution team and customer employee on windows azure, assist to grow up the customer windows azure capability, and azure DevOps as well.
Requirements
? Strong Azure experience, specially on Azure ESB and script, project experience required.
? Be familiar with popular development technologies like .NET, C#, Azure, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, Web Services, WCF etc.
? Be good at web development combining different skills like basic user interface design, backend programming, client side scripting (i.e. JavaScript, JQuery, ExtJS, etc.) and server technology.
? Be familiar with BS/CS architecture design.
? Experience in the Azure technologies and programming
? Experience in unit testing, integration testing
? Familiar with SCRUM methodology and ALM
? Good english skill, including oral
? Good communication skills.
? Client facing experience.
? Confident and proactive attitude.
? Good team work and collaboration.
? Familiar with mobile development is a plus
