Requirements:
Chinese native; Chinese (spoken and written); English (spoken and written); Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Arts or comparable education; Willingness to travel(unlimited/global); Knowledge and experience in automotive sector especially Asian Region / China; Focus Chines OEMs or International (Transplant) OEMs; At least three years experience of technical sales field service; Knowledge about press hardening steels/hot forming and/or stamping preferred; Knowledge in tool design and construction preferred; Experience in handling Automotive customers and negotiating skills; Independent function and customer focus and pronounced customer orientation; Safe Handling with MS-Office; Sense of responsibility, Flexibility, high level of commitment and cost awareness; Self confidential appearance (operational negotiations, presentations, … on Management level)
任职要求：
中国国籍；中文（口语和书面）；英语（口语和书面）；工程学士学位或其他同等学 位；自愿出差，不限时间地点或国外出差；具备汽车行业尤其是亚洲及中国地区汽车行业的专业知识和经验。关注中国或国际汽车生产商；在技术销售领域具备至少三年的工作经验；在冲压硬化钢、热成形或冲压、模具设计和构造等方面具备专业知识的优先录取；具备处理汽车客户关系和谈判技能方面的经验；独立完成工作，关注客户关系，明确以客户为导向；熟练使用微软办公软件；具备责任意识，灵活性，高度的工作热情，成本意识；外表自信（在谈判、演讲等方面具备管理级别的水平）。
Duties and responsibilities:
Market analysis, Market development; Acquisition of new OEMs on an international basis and care of existing customer relationships; Completion of orders (Tool-, Stamping- and shell construction); Technical customer support; Cooperation with technical specialists, manufacturer and partners; Conflict management: Ability in Negotiation-, contract- and change-management
