职位描述：
基本要求:
1. 本科或本科以上学历，会计相关专业
2. 流利的英语及汉语表达能力；
3. 熟练操作电脑；学历/Education:
4. 公司位置：开发区董家沟，住在开发区的优先考虑。
工作职责：　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
1.维护所有银行账户　　　　　　　　　
2. 安排与美国新时代银行转帐，负责与政府及外汇机构沟通；
3. 保留银行所有重要银行文件，准备银行对帐单；　　　　　　　　　　　　　
4. 每月与财务主管复核对帐单，每季度与总监复核对帐单；　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
5. 确保所有现金支付以及汇款程序符合财务规定以及标准工作流程；
6. 对全部已签发支票及转帐以及对应的成本中心及支出目的进行追踪；　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
7. 确保申报以及所有税务及外汇业务的办理符合正确的流程；　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
8. 根据政府外币规定提供待付或待收（付至美国或由美国支付）发票清单并及时进行处理；　　　　　　　　　
9. 准备周/月银行/现金报告；　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
10. 及时提供开具给Epoch的中国发票，确保交货单据以及所有发票及帐单的准确性；　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
11. 审核及处理费用报告；　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
12. 编制及更新所有相关的标准工作流程及作业指导书；　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
13. 使用税务系统软件填报税务信息以及协助向政府机构报税；
14. 处理应付帐款；　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
15. 处理应收以及客户已收帐款报告； 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
16. 审核及协调供应商报告；　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
17. 及时跟进应收帐款，并发送收款通知；　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
18. 准备银行存款；
