Key Duties

• Report to the Training Manager to identify training needs of staff and be able to measure effectiveness of training;
• Plan, design and deliver in-house training programs for all levels of staff such as orientation, customer service training, selling technique, supervisory skills training, etc;
• Prepare training materials and maintain training system & records. Produce timely & accurate reports to keep track of the training effectiveness;
• Provide timely support and coaching to frontline staff at all levels;
• Support any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Essential Requirement

• Degree holder in business, training & development or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years' solid experience in training, gained in luxury fashion retail industry is highly preferred;
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills;
• Energetic, self-motivated and positive. Strong commitment to customer service;
• Mature, organized and attentive to details;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Hands-on PC knowledge in MS office, particularly word processing, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Willing to travel frequently.
