职位描述：
?Ensure correct handling of non-conforming or suspect incoming goods according to procedure 0000-83-0100. Perform claim process to sub-suppliers and follow up on 8D reports.
?Ensure incoming inspection according to procedure 5166-74-0200.
?Conduct process audits at suppliers as defined in WI 0000-56-5001, BMW GS90018 and VW Formel Q.
?Lead the core team to get incoming control plan and incoming check sheets reviewed and updated in time.
?Ensure handling, analysis and information flow of warranty parts returned by customer according to procedure 0000-83-0300 and customer requirements. Prepare monthly reporting for internal and customer use.
?Support customer or project team in supplier APQP process during project phase.
?Conduct monthly monitoring and analysis of supplier non-conformities and supplier PPM. Reporting to HQ on monthly supplier status according to GP0603.
?Conduct employee training incoming inspectors.

岗位要求：
?University or college degree in engineering
?3 years of experience in quality assurance within automotive industry
?Fluent in verbal and written English
?MS Office required, SAP desired
?Quality management requirements according to ISO/TS 16949
?Product and process audit according to VDA 6.3/6.5
?Quality management tools (Q7 tools)
