3、开发新供应商，持续完善供货渠道。
Develop new supplier to rational purchase channel continuously.
4、持续促进供应商产品改善
Continuously to push supplier up material quality grade.

Personal /Competency Specification
任职资格

1、大学本科学历，英语四级以上。
University degree and English level CET—4.
2、制造行业同等职务三年以上工作经验。
Over three years experience on the same Position in the production plant.
3、对物料采购管理或贸易有实际经验。
Actual experience in both direct & indirect material purchase and trade.
4、较强的职业道德操守及良好的性格。
Strong ethic and good character
5、良好的组织能力。
Good organizing ability
6、良好的沟通协调能力。
Good communication and coordinating skills
7、良好的学习能力及自我激励能力。
Good learning skill and self motivation.

    欧拓（沈阳）防音配件有限公司（以下简称欧拓沈阳）是欧拓旗下的全资子公司，于2010年正式筹建，并于2011年初开始投产。目前主要给宝马整车5c提供后备箱隔音件、底盘隔热件、 发动机仓隔热及隔音部件。同时，还为宝马全球其他工厂提供零部件配套供货。欧拓（沈阳）2011年、2012年销售增均曾两位数增长。目前二期厂房扩建工程亦在进行之中，建成后将成为欧拓集团亚洲区最大的工厂之一。
