职位描述：
1、对实验室进行管理，保证量检具的有效运行 manage the labor in order to ensure the effective using of measure equipment
2、能正确指导操作者使用检测设备、检具和通用量具等检测手段，能对零件进行全尺寸测量，指出产品的质量偏差情况，汇总统计分析并予以协调控制； instruct the operator how to use the measure equipment, analyze and control the difference according to the layout inspection for parts by using inspection toolings
3、定期对量检具进行调检和周期检定 regularly perform inspection tools and periodic verification
4、负责保证产品测量数据有效真实responsible for ensuring that the product measurement data valid real
5、负责配合质量来料的检测和分析 with the quality of incoming materials inspection and analysis
6、负责公司新项目管理的APQP活动和QC 小组的活动和持续改进活动fulfill the new project management of APQP, QC team and continual improvement activity
7、对实验室按周期试验要求进行测量系统的分析 On the laboratory according to the periodic test requirements for measurement system analysis
8、及时对量检具新项目以及检具方案进行确认和分析Timely confirm and analyze the gauge and the seizure of scheme of new project
9、按时完成月度工作报告和相关的质量分析报告timely finish the monthly report and related report of quality analysis
每月26日提交下月工作计划及相关资金预算；submit work plan for the next month and related budget on 26 per month 每月前三个工作日内提交上月工作总结； submit month work summary within the primal three working days per month 负责确保漏检率达到公司要求，并持续不断地降低漏检率。ensure that residual error rate meet the require,and continually reduce the residual error rate

任职资格：
1、大学本科文化程度；bachlor degree education
2、熟悉机械加工工艺和各类工艺检测手段和量检具测量知识；familiar with the machining process and all kinds of testing instruments and gauge measuring knowledge
3、二年以上现场质量管理或现场工程师经验；over two years quality management experience or period engineer
4、具有独立处理技术问题的能力及协调能力；with indepent processing problem ability and coordination ability
5、熟悉TS16949质量管理体系中关于MSA的要求；familiar with TS16949 quality management system on MSA requirements
6、掌握质量控制技术、六西格玛、8D方法等质量技术；master quality control technology, six sigma,the 8D metod such as quality techology
7、熟练掌握测量技术和测量方法。master the measurement techniques and methods
