职位描述：
Key Responsibilities: (SQE Specialist Chassis Brake& Suspensions system, lock system, engine welding, Manual transimission)
1) Support for supplier evaluation within the supplier selection process with the focus on product and process quality, quality management system and manufacturing technologies.
2) Steering and monitoring part for new vehicle projects according to agreed Quality Processes and requirements
3) Coach to lead and organize a Launch team (coordinate the Logistic-, Purchasing...), puts counter measurements in place and verify the in time implementation.
4) Support to buy off of parts, tooling and checking devices at the supplier location during the build phases.
5) Enable part preparation and release of Process Series, ramp up curve and ISIR-Procedure (PPAP)
6) Coach and support for Product and Process Audits at suppliers, Supplier Requalification’s.
7) Enable SQA for problem solving responsibility in the PMP process for topics related to supplier production processes.
8) Coach for cross functional issues also relating to other technical areas and lead the problem solving

Qualifications: (SQE Specialist Chassis Brake& Suspensions system, lock system, engine welding, Manual transimission)
1) Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field
2) Minimum 5-years automotive experience preferably in Supplier Quality Departments.
3) Experience in a technical field relate to SQE Specialist Chassis Brake& Suspensions system at automotive OEM or supplier in Project phase before SOP and series production
4) Well-founded knowledge of industrial production processes, sound knowledge of process engineering and Process Development & Series Production.
5) Well Known of ISO/TS164949 quality system, and master 5 quality tools APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA
6) Good command of written and spoken English
7) High flexibility and mobility, high stress tolerance. Willing to Travel.
