职位描述：
- Ensure periodical maintenance of existing equipment and suggest improvement and investments in new equipment and applications.
- Install new programs/ applications following the internal rules and policies from the Corporation.
- Notify employees about problems educate and train users to use properly equipment and applications, as well as to solve problems.
- Maintain confidentiality about information and surveillance about data.
- In charge of local IT budget preparation and follow up.
 
Requirements:
- University Degree in Computer Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Management in large corporate environment (experience in a subsidiary of a multinational company is preferred).
- Knowledge of computer units, cabling, servers, operating systems, Microsoft databases, Cisco equipment.
- Solid experience in Help Desk support and users training.
- Former experience implementing/supporting SAP is highly preferred.
- Former experience implementing/supporting MES systems is highly preferred.
- Detail oriented, smart, able to communicate efficiently with all the departments and to educate users; able to anticipate, detect and solve problems as well as to suggest improvements; trustworthy person, that will maintain confidentiality about information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
