Job Responsibilities:
1.Assist Retail Operation Manager to update & revise the various S.O.P. / Operation Manual
2.Assist Retail Operation Manager to organize the retail store weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly meeting or training workshop
3.Support all new store opening related
4.Liaise with other function dept. to support retail store daily operation
5.Responsible for various retail reports, including: regularly collect any feedback in terms of campaign/activity/product from both customer and retail team
6.Assist retail operation manager to check the KPI result, and collect the action plan
7.Dealing with customer complaints, and keep good relationship with VIP
8.Keep good communication with landlord
Qualifications/Skills and Experience Required:
1.College degree or above, good English skill.
2.Advanced knowledge of excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint & word preferable.
3.Good knowledge for retail system, understanding of retail operations and basic visual and merchandising principles.
4. Three years working experience. Retail sector experience is preferred, and willing to work for a lifestyle brand & passionate to continue development in this field.
5.Good communication & interpersonal skills when work with all levels of personnel on a daily basis.
6.Lifestyle or fast fashion brand working experience with retail operation knowledge is a big plus.
