Job Responsibilities:?
Promotion management:
- Evaluate platform promotions and evaluate whether to take part in or not.
- Coordinate internal resources to take part in the promotions
- Oversee the whole lifecycle of the promotions and ensure the promotions run smoothly.
Business trend identification:
- proactively watch out new e-com trends and new developments on the platform (Tmall) side
- identify potential business opportunities for Superdry.
Customer Service
- Owner of the e-com customer service policy
- Owner of the e-com customer service KPI (DSR and after sales rating)
- Respond quickly to TP agents regarding difficult cases and help resolve all cases asap.
- routinely QA the TP service to ensure TP delivers the best quality
- constantly identify opportunities to improve processes to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Logistics
- Liase with JV logistics team and Trendy logistics team to ensure all the stock is moving as expected.
- Coordinate with all parties to ensure the capacity of the logistics team is ready for big promotions (such as 11.11).
- Routinely review the QE reports, identify potential product issues and/or process issues, and take appropriate actions to address/escalate issues.
QA
- Owner of the TP service KPI.
- Routinely QA the activities on the TP site for all the business aspects.
- Help TP improve the service quality.
Content
- Proactively watch out the trend on the platform regarding the game rules of the content (wetao, live broadcast, etc.)
- Liase with TP team and JV marketing team in creating non-product related content f or wetao, brand magazine, etc..
- Owner of the non-product content publishing schedule.
Paid Marketing
- Owner of the e-com paid marketing budget (in Tmall)
- Work closely with TP to execute the e-com paid marketing campaigns, evaluate the results afterwards, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Miscellaneous
- Identify TP training needs and organize trainings as needed.
- Organize shooting as needed.
Qualifications/Skills and Experience Required
? Degree holder.
? Minimum 2 years Tmall operations experience
? Familiarity with Tmall game rules is required.
? Familiarity with other platforms (such as JD, VIP, Glamour Sales, Amazon, RED, etc.) is a plus.
? Project management skill is a plus.
? Written English skill is mandatory and Oral English skill is a plus.
