职位描述：
- Assist Advance Quality SQE Team to provide APQP Planning and Process Audit for sourced components. Evaluate quality and program risk and supplier eligibility assessment. Organize and support on-site audit and qualification to tier suppliers to meet Benteler and customer quality requirement.
- Review and approve supplier PPAP for component engineering changes.
- Identify part quality issues from assembly process, product inspection, yard check, customer complaint and field feedback; Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers and customers to eliminate recurrence of non‐conformances.
- Recommend and validate supplier containment actions to ensure continuity of production. Develop inspection procedures and best practices for performing inspection to product standards.
- Perform root cause analysis of quality issues, using advanced problem solving tools (like 5 why, fishbone, data analysis, SPC control, Red X study, Design of Experiments, etc.). Work with supplier to resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply. Recommend, implement and verify cost-effective, permanent corrective actions. Plan, audit, and verify corrective actions to ensure compliance with technical requirements of the product and process according to standards.
- Manage data-driven supplier quality performance by monitoring supplier key quality data index and individual quality targets. Develop long‐term supplier relationships. Maintain and update critical supplier audit system and schedule.
- Drive “Zero Defect” mentality within the supply base. Establish specific short / long term supplier quality goals. Strategically lead supplier performance improvement projects in an effort to increase the supplier capability of consistently meeting Benteler and customer quality requirements.

Qualification:
-Bachelor degree or above
-Be Willing to work under pressure
-Fluent in English both oral and writing
