上海汇众萨克斯减振器有限公司沈阳分公司位于沈阳市大东区，总公司上海汇众萨克斯减振器有限公司是由德国采埃孚股份有限公司和上海汇众汽车制造有限公司于1999 年10 月共同投资组建成立的合资公司。
公司的经营范围是设计、制造和销售汽车减振支柱、减振器、减振支柱总成等产品。
沈阳分公司项目于2014年12月建设完工，并进行了首条生产线的安装调试，2015年5月投入生产。工厂总面积11151m2，建筑占地面积10249m2，产线全部落成后预计年产量为500万支减振器。产品主要供给通用、宝马、一汽大众等主机厂。

Located in Dadong District,Shenyang, Shanghai Sachs Huizhong Shock Absorber Co., Ltd Shenyang Branch is invested by Shanghai Sachs Huizhong Shock Absorber Co., Ltd, is a joint venture founded by ZF AG and Shanghai Huizhong Automotive Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.
The business scope of SHN & SHY consists of development, production and sales of shock absorbers and suspension struts for passenger cars.
The construction of Shenyang branch project has been completed in Dec. 2014, Meanwhlile the installation of the first production line also has been finished. Then put into production in May 2015.
The plant occupies an area of 11151m2， of which building area has taken 10249m2. After the completion of all prodution lines,The anual productivity is estimated over 5 million pcs shock absorber.
Automotives OEMs such as SGM,BBA,FAW-VW will be our main clients.
