Job Purpose

岗位目的

EHS Specialist is responsible for overall safety management inside the company, including but not limited to fire safety management, chemicals and waste management, occupational health management, special equipment management,instruction and training on safey production as well as construction safety management within the company. He/She shall establish and improve the security system and all kinds of emergency processing plans, draw up safety management, training and practice plans, an coordinate and keep in good touch with relevant government departments.

环境健康安全专员主要负责公司的全面安全管理，包括但不限于消防安全管理、化学品及废弃物管理、职业健康管理、特种设备管理、安全生产知识宣导及教育以及厂区施工安全管理。他/她应负责建立健全安全制度及各类应急处理预案，制定安全管理、培训、演练计划，并与相关政府职能部门保持良好的协调和沟通。

Key Responsibilities

主要职责

1. Establish and implement effectively the relevant safety documents according to the national and industry requirements.

根据国家及行业要求建立并有效执行相关安全文件。

2. Organize the annual risk assessment and job safety analysis, identify and supervise high risk operations.

组织年度风险评估和工作安全分析，识别并管理高风险作业。

3. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Management.

个人安全防护设备管理。

4. Carry out regular safety trainings for all employees.

定期对公司全体员工进行安全培训。

5. Formulate special safety management plan, and be fimiliar with emergency plan management and practices, etc.

编制公司安全专项管理计划，熟悉应急预案管理及演练等。

6. Responsible for the management and training of security personnel, and make arrangements for all kinds of security work.

负责管理并培训公司安保人员，并安排公司各类安全保卫工作。

7. Ensure all the chemicals, including hazardous materials, are properly stored, handled and disposed per company and local regulations.

确保所有化学品包含有害物质根据公司及当地法规合理的存储，使用及废弃。

8. Carry out regular production safety inspection, and organize the implementation of the rectification measures so as to timely elimenate hidden danger.

定期进行安全生产检查，并组织实施整改措施，及时消除事故隐患。

9. Familiar with air conditioner, production equipment, electrical equipment and so on, and establish the safety operation procedues so as to reduce the injury accidents suffered in the work.

对空调设备、生产设备、电气设备等有一定的了解，制定安全操作程序，有效减少工伤事故的发生。

10. Perform additional duties directed by superiors.

完成上级安排的其他工作。

Qualification

任职资格

1. College education or above and major in Safety or Engineering related.

大专或以上学历,安全及工程学相关专业。

2. Six+ years' safety management work experience in manufacturing companies.

6年以上制造型企业安全管理工作经验。

3. Strong writing and document filing skills; good English writing and reading abilities is a plus.

须较强的写作及文档整理能力，具有良好的英语读写能力者优先考虑。

4. Familiar with ISO14001 system, OHSAS18000 system and Security Standardization Management.

熟悉ISO14001环境管理体系、OHSAS18000职业健康安全验证标准及安全标准化管理。

5. Familiar with national and local safety related policies and laws.

熟悉国家及地方性安全相关的法律法规及其他要求。

6. Proficiency in the use of computer and monitoring software.

熟练使用电脑和监控软件。

7. Willing to travel frequently for business, especially between Hangzhou and Shaoxing.

愿意经常因公出差，尤其是往返于杭州和绍兴之间。

8. Trouble-shooting ability under various unforeseen circumstances and emergencies.

有解决突发状况或紧急情况的能力。

9. Experienced in communication with relevant government departments.

10. A good team leader with strong communication and coordination skills.
