个人银行部理财经理（PRM)

主要工作职责:

财政目标 (Financials)
? 通过提供优质的客户体验和专业性的财富管理建议开发和培育惠财贵宾客户群体，完成或超越关键绩效指标和销售指标
(Acquire and grow Premier customer base and revenue through delivering excellent customer experience and providing appropriate and professional Wealth Management advise.)

非财政目标 (Non-financials)
? 了解客户财务需求，向其提供适合的理财产品或投资机会
(Understand customers’ financial needs and provide relevant financial products to meet their needs.)
? 培训及指导客户经理从而为整个团队做出贡献(Coach and train ARM to contribute to the branch performance.)
? 积极参与银行相关市场活动和其他商务活动。(Proactively participate in all wealth management events and other customers’ related activities.)
? 积极参与银行内部项目筹划和会议，并给于建设性的反馈。(Proactively participate in projects and meetings and provide constructive feedback.)

衡量服务质量 (Quality of Work)
? 确保所有理财产品销售文件的差错率为零 (Achieve zero defect in documentation)
? 与现有客户建立并维持良好长期关系，在适宜时机提升管理的客户资产规模和银行利润 (Able to leverage on existing customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow portfolio and revenue.)
? 达到较高的客户服务标准，实现投诉率为零，为客户提供有效及时的售后服务，这里所指的客户不仅包括本支行的客户，还包括其它支行或部门的客户 (Deliver excellent customer service with zero complaints. Take ownership and ensure close follow-up of any outstanding issues or requests. This applies to customers of the branch as well as customers of other branches or divisions)

运营风险管理 (Risk Management)
? 所有业务单据/销售材料应符合销售程序和合规的要求 (Comply with all regulatory requirements)
? 熟知银行的合规要求及规则，并严格按照银行业务操作步骤指引及流程开展业务 ，确保顺利通过审计(Understand and comply with Bank’s Code of Ethics and Conduct and all established processes and ensure pass in Audit)
? 及时更新新规程、新流程知识和根据客户的风险承受程度差异，为客户提供相应的理财产品服务(Be updated in terms of knowledge of new regulations and processes and provide advice on financial products that meet customers’ risk appetite)
? 遵守所有的信息安全标准和方针 (Ensure customer confidentiality and data integrity)


岗位要求 : (知识和技能，学历，经验，个性等)
? 大专以上学历，4-5年银行理财工作经验，在销售与服务都获得优良的成绩 (Graduate with 4-5 years of Wealth Sales experience and good track record in both sales and service)
? 具备银保、基金等相关从业资格证，能够销售相应的理财产品（Possess relevant qualifications to be able to market Wealth Investment products including Bancassurance, QDII, DCR）
? 拥有强烈的工作积极性和主动性（Have strong drive and initiative ）
? 拥有良好的领导能力，能够在压力下产出良好的成绩（Possess good leadership skills and able to deliver under pressure）
? 具备良好的人际交往，沟通能力与团队精神 （Mature and possess good interpersonal skills and a good team player ）
? 具备良好的英语口语和写作能力 （Possess good spoken and written English）
? 具备良好的计算机和办公软件应用技巧 (Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft software)
