Our main interest is to help our customers to inspect, monitor, audit, etc.., Their production in China before they are shipped to their final destination. Position: Accountant

Description:
A multinational company is looking for an account to join our international team.


a) Primary Function:

- Maintain all inter-company and intra-company transactions and corresponding accounts reconciliation, including AR, AP, Expenses and monthly closing.
- Fixed Asset management and protect company assets by ensuring that clear and timely accounting entries are recorded accurately in the books of the company on a daily basis.
- On-time and correct travel and entertainment expense treatment.

b) Job Description:

- Maintain a system of accounting policies and procedures
- Oversee all the operations of the accounting department
- Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporation(s)
- Oversee the control systems, transaction processing operations and policies and procedures
- Ensure accounts payable are paid in a timely manner
- Ensure accounts receivable are collected promptly; systems in place to ensure orders are not
delivered before payments are received.
- Review payroll and ensure proper reporting and processes are in place
- Oversee bank reconciliations
- Oversee and maintain inventory systems
- Comply with local and state government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Monthly financial reporting to management (income statement, balance sheet, P&L, etc.
- Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
- Provide for a system of management cost reports
- Provide financial analysis as needed in regards to capital investments, pricing decisions and
contract negotiations.
- Prepare and ensure procedure of Industrial and Commercial Yearly Check and other Financial Census Check.
- Keep records of employee break application.
- Other financial related issues.


c) Languages: English & Chinese.


d) Preferred Education & Experience:

- Bachelor degree with major in accounting.
- Accounting Certificate is a must.
- Proven ability to independently handle the daily accounting work.
- At least 2 years relevant work experience related to accounting.
- Results driven with proven ability to manage large amounts of details under pressure and fixed
deadlines.
- Good command of MS Excel, including functions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willing to take more responsibility.
- Willing to learn and to continuously improve.
- Team player.
