This is a temporary position for 1 year.

Responsibilities:

a. Main Duties

- Perform GL accountant role

- prepare statutory and management reporting

- maintain accounting system and act as power user and team trainer

- maintain company internal control policies and updates

- assist manager on analysis and budget preparation

- other ad hoc projects

b. Others

- Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

- Coach, motivate and develop the team members.

- Assist Supervisor on ad-hoc projects.

- Assure the smooth operation in the team.

Consult and analyse to the management for Cost / Benefit and F&A regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Finance or equivalent

Min. 5 years relevant accounting experience

Microsoft Office software, such as Word, Excel training.

Accounting, Taxation, Laws and CPA training

Proficient in English and Putonghua

Strong interpersonal, communications, conceptual and analytical skill

Good computer knowledge

Accountable, prudent reliable, accurate, detailed-oriented, hard-working, team-spirit, alertness, analytical, strong sense in keeping confidentiality, ability to work independently and under pressure
