Job Responsibility:
1.Responsible for the company's financial analysis: including accounting management, financial planning, financial procedures, internal audit, property, cost control and investment analysis, financing management;
2.Responsible for the company's financial management and internal control, according to the company business development plan to complete annual financial budget, and follow up the implementation;
3.Establish manage and implement economic and financial standards and procedures, in order to meet the requirements of the risk control;
4.Familiar with senior financial management software and office software; Analyze and improve the process, improve the utilization rate of funds and work efficiency;
5.Familiar with national financial policy , tax laws and regulations; familiar with the bank, tax department work process;
6.Revised the relevant financial management system, work out the company's financial plan, financial budget; The company cost management, financial audit and audit;
岗位职责：
1、负责公司的财务分析：包括会计管理、财务计划、财务程序、内部审计、财物、成本控制和投资研究分析、融资管理；
2、负责公司财务管理及内部控制，根据公司业务发展的计划完成年度财务预算，并跟踪其执行情况；
3、制定、管理和实施公司的经济、财务标准和程序，以满足风险控制的要求；
4、熟练掌握高级财务管理软件和办公软件；分析并改进现有流程，不断提高资金的利用率和工作效率；
5、熟悉国家金融政策及财务与税务方面的法律法规，熟悉银行、税务部门工作流程；
6、修订相关财务管理制度，编制公司财务计划、财务预算；公司成本管理，财务稽核及审计；
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in Finance, financial services,
At least 8 years working experience of financial management, accounting, auditing work;3 years well-known company finance director or well-known collectivize company financial manager experience.
Intermediate professional titles or CPA professional qualification, priority to experience as CFO in large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
Good leadership and communication skills, good professional ethics, with judgment and decision-making ability.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
任职条件：

2.至少8年财务管理、会计、审计工作经验,3年以上知名公司财务总监或知名集团化公司财务经理工作经验。
3.财务管理中级职称或注册会计师职业资格,有大中型制造业公司同等职务工作经验优先。
4.优秀的领导力和协调沟通能力，良好的职业操守，具有判断与决策能力
5.熟练的英语表达能力，能在英语环境下工作.
