1.R&D department Administration

1). Make sure R&D Centre operating legally and efficiently.

2). Make sure R&D project forwarding smoothly.  

3).Do annual evaluation for all R&D staffs.

4) Arrange R&D staff training.

5). Do monthly management data form.

6). Make and control R&D budget.

 

2.R&D job

1). Do synthesize job.

2) Train R&D person for good quality job.

3) Help R&D person to solve problems.

4) Make project development plan.

5) Make sure R&D project finish per plan.

6) Do monthly report .

7) Supply technical support.

Position Requirements:

Education and Experience

？Accredited Bachelor-level University degree in Chemical. (Masters or greater preferred.)

？10+ years' practical experience with chemical plant / Pharmaceuticals Company/R&D lab.

？Excellent knowledge for organic synthesis.

？Supervisal experience is required.
