QC Manager North China 北中国区QC经理
Responsibility
1. Manage, Coach of inspectors’ work by regular field assessment.
2. Work closely with technical & HR team to define map of skills, analyze where skills are missing (product, market segment) and propose strategic recruitment plan or training plan accordingly.
3. Train and monitor the inspection team to perform inspection in a professional and fair way with highest integrity.
4. Control the Cost and budget of direct expenses (budget related to inspection team North China).
5. Assist sales develop new customers and implementation of projects and new customer’s inspections.
6. Guarantee customer satisfaction and retention of both new and current customers through daily work with the team.
7. Contact with the key customers and their local offices in Shanghai on technical aspects.
8. Organize regular meetings with teams and customers (seasonal brief and technical trainings) and ad hoc meetings if problems are to be discussed and solved (claim cases, complaints on inspection handling…).
8. Cooperate with the Customer Service Manager to ensure maximum resource planning efficiency (skills and efficiency adapted to customer profile and income – services vs. costs balance)
Requirement
1. Honest, responsible and reliable individual,able to work under pressure.
2. Minimum 10 years working experience in garment industry and at least 3 years management experience.
3. College or above educational background preferably in textile industry.
4. Good command of English and Chinese orally and in writing.
5. Effective communication skills; customer oriented.
6. Proven experience on QC team management, good team player.

要求:
1,诚实可靠、有责任心、工作抗压性强;
2,8年以上服装行业和一定的验货经验,有 2 至3年管理经验优先;
3,纺织行业(优先),大专及其以上学历;
4,英语读写熟练,口语流利者优先;
5,善于沟通;以客户满意为导向;
6,有QC团队管理经验;良好的团队合作精神。
