职位描述：
主要职责描述：
1、主要负责Elica全系列产品的区域新代理商开发；
2、负责房地产公司、橱柜公司、装修公司等的战略合作签约、执行等；
3、独立进行商务谈判和合作，高效执行部门所制定的计划，完成销售任务；
4、掌握市场信息，了解所辖区域市场情况，以及同行营销状况；
5、维护与客户的合作关系，促进完成销售指标。

其他任职要求：
1. 3年以上房地产、橱柜公司、装修公司等大客户销售、拓展、维护经验；
2. 具备优秀的文档能力，整合资源能力，销售策划能力；
3. 有较强的渠道拓展与商务谈判能力、中高端客户市场开拓能力以及良好应变能力；
4. 拥有建材、家电等行业从业经验者优先；
5. 有房地产、橱柜公司、装修公司等大客户资源者优先。 举报 分享
