工作职责
1、根据光伏发电项目整体设计方案，设计完成电力电气方案。编制电力电气原理图、光伏阵列电路图、直/交流配电电路图、电缆电线布线图。配合设计院对光伏发电项目中电气方案的可研/施工方案报告进行技术交底。
2、负责对光伏发电系统各部分的功率匹配、阻抗匹配进行计算和设计并提出优化方案；
3、负责对光伏发电系统主要电气设备的选型；
4、开展光伏发电系统电力电气的应用研究与新技术开发，积极采用和发展光各类新产品、新装备、新工装。提高效率，降低成本；
5、负责指导光伏发电项目现场的电力电气、监控传输方面的技术指导和技术协调；
6、配合项目部进行项目前期的技术咨询与技术支持；
7、配合项目部进行项目后期的验收、售后跟踪和增值服务等工作。

任职要求
1、太阳能光电、电气自动化工程类本科及以上学历，具备较强的电气控制理论基础，熟悉模拟电路、数字电路知识，熟悉电子技术、半导体、集成电路的相关知识；
2、电气自动化控制领域1-2年以上工作经验；
3、熟悉光伏发电系统的设计原理，熟练操作各类电气系统的仿真软件；
4、熟悉工业控制计算机和远程数据采集技术；
5、熟悉工程项目管理和图纸管理系统。
