岗位职责：
1、负责到访客人的接待及对前台电话的处理；
2、负责向客户介绍学校的服务和设施；
3、负责与美联学员的日常沟通，解答咨询、解决问题和处理投诉；
4、协助中心各部门共同提高学生的满意度；
5、为上课学生作课程安排及提供相应的服务；
6、负责中心行政管理事务。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，良好的英语口语基础；
2、形象气质佳，热爱文化教育行业；
3、擅长与人交流，良好的亲和力，总是面带微笑；
4、能保持专业的形象和工作风格，有耐心；
5、注重工作细节、计划性强，优秀的团队合作能力；
