Main responsibilities:

1.Locate, analyze and develop a consolidated supplier base to meet current and future production needs.
2.Create and maintain mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with suppliers to foster feedback and continuous improvement
3.Manage suppliers, cost, quality and delivery performance.
4.Negotiate and manage contracts and agreement for assigned raw materials and commodities.
5.Understand, track, and forecast the key cost drivers and market factors for raw materials/ commodities.

Qualification/Profile:

1.Education:
College degree or above in Business, Engineering, Materials Management or equivalent
2.Experience:
At least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment, Chemical and or Mechanical background will be advantageous
3.Skills / Knowledge:
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
?Advanced knowledge of procurement principles and processes
?A good technical aptitude, able to interpret technical specifications and understand material applications
?Strong negotiation skills
?Well-versed with Microsoft Office software tools
4.Personal Traits:
?Integrity and able to work under pressure
?Teamwork attitude
