Primary Function:

1.Provide sales function to the Dr. Blade engaged in sales, project management.
2.Ensure that the market potential for DB in China is fully realized.
3.Ensure that sales and profit growth of DB in China to the agreed standards.
4.Lead DB development /localization projects by providing a clear technical selling roadmap to enhance the growth of Vonroll's DB in China.
5.Assist in developing sales strategy in China DB market.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1.Develop and implement DB growth plan for China.
2.Achieved desired sales results in the plan.
3.Advise Sales Manager / RSM IBU on the present and projected market trends in China and take action to ensure that we have the right products and distribution channel to meet the needs of China market.
4.Provide weekly update on the growth plan progress
5.Provide regular flow of information on DB's activities in China to the management team.
6.Develop pricing strategy.
7.Prepare monthly report on the assigned projects progress, outlook for next twelve months and highlight issues relating to the DB business in China
8.Provide field inputs for product planning & development.
9.Develop distribution network.

Minimum Requirements

1.3 years experience of sales role in paper industry is essential
2.Good knowledge of Composite DB market in China
3.Good commercial skills. Fluent English speaking and report capability
4.Strong business acumen
5.Outgoing nature, speed oriented and customer driven
6.Team player and good motivational skill
7.Basic understanding of the financial aspects of running a business
8.Knowledge of wider Asian DB market is desirable
9.Some international travel may be required from time-to-time
10.Nationally recognized qualification in mechanical engineering
