Main responsibilities
1.Support daily production activities for the chemicals, generate and control the recipe run in production, perform appropriate analyses.
支持日常的涉及化学品生产活动，产生和控制在生产中的配方运行并进行适当的分析。
2.Revise、update、distribute and control the documents in Shanghai Chemical lab.
编辑、更新、分发和控制上海化学实验室的相关应用文件。
3.Maintain quality documentation in quality data base, ensure product meet the specification.
维护文件数据质量，确保产品符合规格。
4.Manage day to day activities in the chemical lab, assist to test the storage chemicals and give the suggestion for the storage.
管理化学实验室的日常活动，协助完成库存化学品的检测，提供贮存建议。
5.Identify quality problems, analyze the potential causes, and compile 8D corrective action report where appropriate.
确定质量问题，分析潜在原因，并在适当情况下，编译8D纠正措施报告。
6.Perform the management on EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) in chemical lab.
完成上海化学实验室EHS（环境，健康和安全）的管理。
7.The 5S in lab, and maintain the instrument in lab.
实验室的5S，并维护操作仪器。
8.Learn、understand and do the R&D project according to the marketing.
根据市场需求学习、掌握并从事产品开发项目。
9.Support and / or initiate continuous improvement projects.
支持和/或开展持续改进计划。
10.Keep good relationship with the relative department, to abide by the regulation in plant.
保持与相关部门的良好关系，遵守工厂的相关制度。

Profile
1.College and Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering discipline,
大专或者学士学位，主修化学或者化学工程
2.Chemistry discipline is preferred
化学专业优先考虑
3.Min 1 years working experience for the analysis in chemistry industry, it is better for having the knowledge in insulation product,
在化学行业从事分析检测至少有1年的工作经验并且能了解绝缘领域化学品
4.Know the compound、testing and the process for the chemicals.
了解化学品的配制、测试和生产过程。
5. Reading、understanding and written English.
具有英语读、写和理解能力。
6.Ability to communicate with the other departments.
