Main responsibilities:
主要职责

Assist the Slitting supervisor to manage the slitting and rewinding production
协助分切主管管理分切及绕包生产
a)Arrange daily production
安排日常生产
b)Monitor daily production result
监控日常生产结果
c)Arrange manpower to fulfill the production planning
组织人力执行生产计划
d)Manage all the lines to achieve quality, cost and delivery targets
管理所有线路以达成质量，成本和发货的预期
e)Monitor and take action for scrap reduction
监控并采取行动降低损耗
f)Improve the slitting quality with different products
改善所有产品的分切质量
g)Guard the operators for proper operation of the slitting machine
指导操作人员正确使用分切设备
h)Monitor the production with right working instruction provided
根据工作流程监控生产过程
Achieve continuous improvement in the efficiency of manufacturing operations
持续改善生产效率
Solve Problem and shoot trouble
解决生产过程中遇到的问题
Calculate cycle time based on customer volume requirements
根据客户的要求计算生产周期
Help to the ISO 9000 and 14000 system in the production line
帮助执行ISO 9000 and 14000体系在生产线方面的要求
Train and guard the newly arrived operators to achieve the needs of the production
培训并指导新进人员以达到生产要求


Profile:
任职要求

Associate degree
相关专业
Or above 3 years
三年以上工作经验
To be educated to degree level in Engineering and with Slitting production background
有分切制造工艺教育背景者佳
To understand and be able to apply modern manufacturing techniques
知道并掌握现代制造技术
To have drive and enthusiasm in a team environment
在团队中热情有干劲
To have the ability to develop
有发展能力
Knowledge of English language would be advantageous
能听说英文者优先
Strong communication ability
良好的沟通能力
Computer skill is preferred
计算机操作能力
