Job Responsibilities:

·Design, develop, upgrade, test and evaluate integrate systems to achieve maximum productivity and cost efficiency in copper wire processes , flexible lamination & slitting processes.
·Perform time study to optimize operations flow, implement lean methodology, deploy 6 sigma tools, reduce waste.

·Set up and maintain mechanisms to control product quality in various stages from product specification review, quality control plan set up, and process parameters defined, controlled and monitoring, final delivery until customer complaint management.
·Support ISO audits, in process audit, customer audit and 3rd party audits.
·Implement system to ensure the compliance and conformance to EHS policies and management system, ISO 14001 requirement.
·Develop management control systems to aid in cost analysis, design production planning and control systems to coordinate operations activities, ensure product met the customer requirement, delivered on time ,within the budget.


Job Requirement:

- M.Sc / M.Eng or a good Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Min 5 years experience in manufacturing engineering environment preferably in industrial engineering field.
- Experience in copper wire manufacturing environment and / or lamination industry is preferred.
- Experience in 6 sigma / Lean manufacturing implementation
- Result oriented, change driving, ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English & Chinese (oral & written).
- Fresh graduate or less than 5 years experience in manufacturing environment needs not to apply.
