1) Analyze business data to help management to make decision;
--Analyze sales, COGS and sales margin;
--Analyze Opex;
--Analyze product cost.
2) Propose and implement cost control & saving solution;
--Implement standard cost (BOM);
--Propose cost control & saving solution;
--Implement cost control & saving solution.
3) Plan taxation strategy for China entities and communicate Tax Bureaus.
--Plan taxation strategy for China entities;
--Communicate Tax Bureaus and make good relationship;
--Solve taxes issues.
