-To agree on sales targets with management, agree and implement same with subordinates and ensure achievement with maximum returns
和销售团队一起制定销售目标,并追求最大回报。
-Agree on development strategies for specific countries/trade lanes with counterparts in the company network, put them into action and ensure results
根据公司业务战略和合作伙伴信息,跟踪业务信息,与客户建立合作关系。
-Budget preparation and monitoring of cost to ensure costs are in line with budget
确立预算成本,跟踪实际支出,并做好成本控制。
-etting up and implementation of working procedures between customer service and sales, monitoring of execution to ensure maximum service to locally based customers
建立和监督执行销售和客服的工作流程,跟踪运营情况,确保客户得到最优质的服务。
