Job description:

1.Overall handle customer complaint from Europe. This position locates in Sichuan Suining MPO1

2.Act as the quality interface of customer, make sure close loop communication between customer and factory

3.In charge of central quality control across the CMs(contract manufacture), ensure the ECN/PCN/Qualification/productd transfer can be properly performed.

4.Drive for quality improvement project such as risk assessment, preventive action plan and Kaizen

5.Support for QMS customer audit and the 3rd party audit

Job requirement:

1.Minimum 5 years related experience ,or QA experience.

2.Good interpersonal communication

3. English proficiency is required.
