职位描述：

Job Description:
1.Assist process of recruitment including selection, organizing, first checking, interviewing, etc activities to ensure well-arranged in a professional way and recruitment procedure fully implemented.
2.Implement process of new comer login including reference check, offering, medical-check, archive setting etc;
3.Be responsible for the exit interview to recognize the root cause and provide analysis for management review.
4.Related reporting and EHR system maintenance

Requirements:
1.Major in English, Administration, HR or relevant, bachelor degree;
2.5year working experience in recruiting, multinational company;
3.Certificate of “Human Resource Profession” preferably;
4.Good command of English.
5.Strong organization, coordination ability, can organize the large-scale activities independently
6.Service oriented working style. Open-minded, team work with good moral and be responsible, Good interpersonal and communication skill, Capable of quickly establishing positive relationships with people.
7.Microsoft Office skills must, HRIS system experience is preferred
