岗位职责：
?Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer (Mechanical) is responsible for managing supplier Improvement and New Project.
Detailed responsibility:
1.Conduct supplier quality development in audit follow up, PPA and SQIP activities
2.Organize quality review between supplier and Suzhou related team on a regular
3.Supvervise Quality Planning/Control for HLA(High Level Assembly) components processes of supplier. Extend the supversing to the processes of sub-tier suppliers if necessary.
Organizational Context:
Reporting Relationship
? Directly reports to Senior Supplier Quality Manager
Other significant relationships – internal
? Work with PE and R&D closely for NPI project
? Work with Suzhou site SQE for supplier development and quality issue handling
任职要求：
? Bachelor’s Degree required with majority of mechanical engineering
? 5+ year mechanical supplier quality management or equivalent background
? Sense of urgency for problem solving
? Teamwork spirit with cross function for supplier management
? Fluent in English written and oral
? Strong inter-personal communication skills
? Problem solving skills
? Familiar with quality tool, FMEA, Control plan, Gage R&R etc.
? Knowledge with Special processes, including mechanical assembly, machining, welding, heat-treatment, painting.
Prefer to be
? Experienced product risk management process in Medical industry
? Experienced X-RAY system in either engineering or manufacturing domain
? Certified lead auditor
