职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责产品的UI设计和优化（主要是app的设计优化），提供详细系统的设计文档及规范，并支持开发要求跟踪上线效果；
2、参与产品界面的视觉风格规划工作，有一定的交互知识，提供专业的意见和建议以及优势的设计方案；
3、协助其他UI设计师，分享相关经验，持续优化产品体验；
4、参与用户研究和产品可用性分析，跟踪和评估产品的交互与视觉体验。

任职要求：
1、熟悉产品开发流程，熟练相关设计软件，有优秀的设计表现力
3、对交互及可用性研究有一定经验和见解，对UI设计趋势有灵敏触觉和领悟能力
4、有良好的需求理解和分析能力，善于沟通和协调
5、能够对UI设计师进行指导，带领团队进步，高度的团队精神和责任心
6、文艺小清新、2X青年优先，细节控像素眼优先，爱学习爱探索的少年优先。
We work in a fast-paced communications environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders, working to tight deadlines and striving to deliver high-quality engaging products and channels every day.This role includes working closely with internal and external stakeholders, a team of content editors, technology teams and suppliers.
