职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、把握WEB设计流行趋势，有良好的设计感知
2、能够独立完成企业网站，并与客户沟通维护需求，反馈进度及结果
3、负责企业官网形象的建立与维护，协助其他部门完成视觉设计方面的工作
4、执行力强，对创意设计有自己独特的思维想法

任职要求：
1、具有1-2年以上网页设计及平面设计工作经验者优先；
2、美术、平面设计相关专业，专科及以上学历；
3、具有扎实的美术功底、良好的创意思维和理解能力，能及时把握客户需求
4、能够熟练使用PHOTOSHOP，AI，Dreamweaver等设计软件，了解最基本的HTML、CSS、JS
