职位描述：
Main Responsibilities & Tasks主要职责与任务：
1. Daily customs clearance work including documents preparation, archiving etc; follow up the progress of the clearance or transportation, cooperate with forwarder to solve the accidents and report to relevant functions and leader in time, make sure the OTD and accuracy.
日常报关业务操作，包括文件编制，归档等，负责跟进运输、报关进程，协同货代解决问题，及时更新报关进度给相关人员及领导，确保按时交货及准确性。
2. Control logistics cost effectively.
有效控制进出口物流成本。
3. Collecting and statistics of imp. & exp.record.
进出口数据的统计、整理。
4. Management of customs handbook including registration, changing, verification and daily controlling.
海关保税账册的备案，变更，日常维护。
5. Cooperate with other related functions to assure the timely transmission of documents and information to internal or external customers and suppliers, provide the effective logistics support to the project implementing.
配合其他部门完成物流相关资料、信息的传递，确保相关信息及时有效地传递到内、外部客户和供应商，为项目顺利开展提供高效的物流支持。
6. Other affairs be assigned.
其他临时指派事务。

Job Requirements & Competencies 职务要求与胜任条件：
1. Bachelor degree, , major in finance or customs related preferred.
大专以上学历，相关财务、关务专业为佳。
2. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in customs affairs, and from SIP EPZ preferred.Familiar with regulations, process and operations of customs, tax and inspection for import and export businesses.
至少年3以上相关海关关务核销工作经验，在SIP-EPZ的经验优先。熟悉进出口关务、税务和商检等政策、流程和操作。
3. Good command of English language skills, with basic knowledge of customs concepts
良好的英文语言技能，和关务基本知识和概念。
4. Good communication and time management skills,
良好的沟通以及时间管理能力。
5. Willing to learn and strong sense of service ( including to the internal customers)
善于学习和较强的服务意识（包括内部客户）。
6. Computer skills，incl. office soft wares-Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ERP system knowledge，Vantage preferable
熟练操作电脑，包括办公软件Excel, PowerPoint, Word 和ERP系统，懂Vantage 的优先。
7. High sense of self-responsibility taking and initial active, integrity, keen to learn and good at learning.
责任心和主观能动性强，正直、善于学习。
8. Have good professional ethics.
