职位描述：
岗位职责
1.负责行业分析、市场分析、区域分析，根据公司产品制定相应的销售策略；
2.负责公司销售业绩指标到团队或部门的任务分解；
3.负责团队或部门的日常行为管理及业务管理；
4.协助团队做客户分析/过程管理/策略制定；
5.负责监督团队人员的合同收款以及售后服务处理；
6.负责团队销售预测的实现和控制；
7.其他与销售管理有关的工作。

任职要求
1.本科学历，计算机或企业管理相关专业；
2.2年以上软件产品解决方案的项目销售经验；
3.2年以上团队或部门管理经验；
4.良好的沟通能力和演讲能力；
5.具有一定的IT行业专业知识与技术积累；
6.良好的协调能力和解决问题的能力。 举报 分享
