职位描述：
Qualifications:
1. B.S. or M.S. Mechanical Engineering. IWE certificate
2. 5+ years related experience.
3. Good AutoCAD skills, and proficient in using design software. 4. Ability to generate and communicate new design ideas.
5. Good command of spoken and written English.
6. Ability to organize and sequence work associated with complex designs.
7. Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming inquires for Electron Beam Welding of parts, performs consulting duties to discuss requirements and specification with customers as well as the preparation of quotations.
2. Responsible for setting up the processes for new parts from initial parameter setting up to pre-production, including work instructions, product process and document. Provide operation training to operators.
3. Practical work for welding.
4. Responsible for welding fixtures including design and problem solving.
5. Main coordinator for technology transfer between Germany headquarters and Suzhou branch. 举报 分享
