职位描述：
1.Realize customer’s real requirement on product quality, and define key characteristic, and its standard and evaluation method.
2.Job for Quality assurance of product during PPAP period: Control Plan, Inspection Instruction, part inspection plan and product inspection report sum-up, MSA plan, MSA report sum-up, product quality status sum-up before series production.
3.Support project team to analyze EPC result and corrective action implementation.
4.Customer complaint handling.
5.Other task authorized by department supervisor.

1.College or above, major: Mechanical Engineering or Plastic Engineering.
2.Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
3.AT least two years of experience in application of PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, and EPC.
4.Has correct quality concept to understand the importance of quality during product development period.
5.Experienced in leading team to dig out root cause of quality complaint from customer with 8D report, and conduct the actions of problem solving and prevention.
6.Familiar with measure equipment, for instance, CMM, Optical Measuring Machine, it will be advantage for the position application.
7.Familiar with molding process and defect mode of plastic product, it will be advantage for the position application. 举报 分享
