职位描述：

1.协助业务员接待客户日常来访、来电、来函等咨询服务，为业务部提供后勤服务；

2.协助业务人员进行订单制作、跟单、样品寄送并跟进；

3.处理、制作业务员交给的报表、单据、文件、资料等；

4.定期对重点客户电话回访，受理客户的投诉电话、做好相关记录，联系相关业务人员及时处理；

5.协助业务员回收货款，并及时提醒业务员相关货款的回收情况；

6.配合公司其他部门积极开展工作，如：配合仓库的开单发货工作等；

任职资格：

1.英语四级以上，读听写能力良好，与国外客户沟通无障碍；

2.了解电子商务的基础知识；
