职位描述：
Organize, sum marize and control the all processes from raw material to finished goods of Block quality inspection, product certificate preparation and laboratory arrangement.
从原材料到最终产品，对Block质量检测的全部过程实施策划、总结、监控；准备产品合格证，以及实验室的任务安排。
1、Organize and control on-line QA team to inspect products including all in-process inspection and material testing in order to ensure blocks’ quality and Quality / Environment targets.
组织，监控在线检验团队检查产品，包括全部过程，如在线检验，材料测试；确保最终产品质量以及质量/环境目标达到要求。
2、Organize and control laboratory team to inspect raw material / finished goods such as mechanical property… in order to ensure the received raw materials are qualified and finished goods can be delivered to customers.
组织，监控测试人员检验原材料/成品，如机械性能等等，确保只接收合格原材料，放行合格成品给客户；
3、Audit relevant suppliers and follow up the corrective action in order to improve the quality performance of the supplier.
对相关供应商进行审核，跟踪纠正措施，确保供应商的质量绩效得到提升；
4、Supervise the process of handling unqualified products following approved measure in order to ensure proper disposal. To analyze reason and find corrective and preventive action with quality tools in order to cost control and quality targets.
遵循审批结果，对不合格品的处理过程进行监控，并确保被合理的处置；运用质量工具分析原因，发出纠正和预防措施，确保质量成本控制和质量目标达到要求；
5、Execute and maintain quality and environment systems including documentations and records in relevant areas in order to ensure enough efficiency for DIAB.
实施和维护质量和环境体系，包括在相应的部门对文件和记录予以监控，以确保体系在戴铂公司充分有效；
6、Receive Customer and take a major role in Customer audits as well as plant approval towards Customers.
接受客户方审核，对客户工厂审核和批准认可起主导作用。

其它要求：

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical material or related;
本科或以上学历，化学材料或相关专业；
2、More than 5 years in Quality Assurance, and deeply understanding of quality management and tools (5S, FEMA, LEAN, 6Sigma, control plans etc);
5年以上质量部门工作经验，深刻理解质量管理过程以及相应的质量工具(5S, FEMA, LEAN, 6Sigma,控制计划等)；
3、Familiar with the measuring instrument, such as slider caliper, mechanical test machine general lab equipment etc;
熟悉相关的测试设备，如卡尺，万能试验机等一般的实验室设备；
4、Have a good command of both written and spoken English; Ability to read engineering drawing in English;
良好的英语说，写能力；可阅读英文工程图纸；
5、Strong computer skills. 良好的电脑操作技能；
6、Experience from lab work and product testing;具有实验室工作和产品测试经验；
7、ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 internal auditor;
具 ISO 9001 / ISO 14001内审员证书；
8、Good interpersonal and communication skills; 良好的人际交往和沟通技巧；
9、Good initiative and be able to work under pressure; 工作主动积极，可承受一定的工作压力；
