Job Title: Key Account Manager

Major Responsibility

主要工作职责

l Achieve annual new business target by identifying new opportunities of China OEM and diesel engine makers to promote company's technologies and products to the customers.

通过识别中国OEM和柴油发动机客户的新业务机会并进行公司技术和产品的推介,达成年度的新业务目标。

l Manage to maintain the good and long-term relationship with existing and new customers to optimize business growth, quality of service and customer satisfaction, and identify potential new business opportunities.

管理和维护新老客户以保持良好的长久的合作关系,优化业务发展、服务质量和客户满意,并识别新业务机会。

l Manage to offer the most reasonable technical / economical solution to customers, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.

根据既定的价格和利润目标,管理并给客户提供最为合理的技术的并经济的解决方案。

l Obtain, coordinate, and follow up with customer RFQ. Manage customer expectations and ensure closure of open commercial issues including quotation and contract negotiation.

获取、协调和跟踪客户的报价要求。管理客户期望,并确保包括报价和合同谈判在内的商务问题得到妥善处理。

l Complete annual sales target by maintaining existing business, trouble shooting on PO tracking, delivery, payment.

通过维护已有的业务,及时分析解决订单、交货、和付款的问题,达成年度的销售目标。

l Work with Finance department to ensure the timely invoicing and receivable collection.

与财务部协作,确保及时开票和收回应收货款。

l Monitor and report on customer/competitor/industry activities and trend. Understand market dynamics to develop customer attack plan, and support company's sales and marketing strategy development.

跟踪并汇报有关客户、竞争对手、以及行业的活动和趋势。理解市场的动向以制定相应的客户开发计划,并支持公司销售和市场战略的制定。

l Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

进行内外部的沟通、联络、和协商,以促进发展能盈利的业务和可持续的关系。

l Other tasks assigned by the General Manager.

总经理指定的其他工作职责。

Qualification

资质要求

AKnowledge(专业知识)

l University degree or above in automotive / technical / engineering discipline.

大学本科以上学历,汽车/技术/工程相关专业。

l Good knowledge of diesel engine technology and market is a must.

必须非常熟悉柴油发动机技术和市场。

l Automotive APQP and PPAP processes.

了解汽车行业APQP和PPAP程序。

l Basic financial, accounting, and commercial terms.

基本的财务、会计以及商务知识。

l Strong business development skills to seeking new opportunity with local customers.

l Excellent presentation and selling skill.

Preference requirement

优先录用条件

l At least 5 years working experience in diesel engine industry, pump experience is much more preferred.

5年以上的柴油发动机行业的工作经验,有泵类产品的经验者优先。

l Minimum 3 years experience of sales in automotive or diesel engine components and familiar with the major diesel engine makers in Chinese market and good relationship has been established.

3年以上的在汽车或柴油发动机配件行业的销售经验,熟悉主要的柴油发动机制造公司并已建立良好关系。

l Strong technical sales skills in diesel engine components and can discuss, propose, present, and sell the technical solutions and products to the diesel engine customers with the support from design engineer.

具有很强的柴油发动机配件的技术销售能力。在设计工程师的支持下,能与客户探讨、并向客户提出、展示、和销售技术方案和产品。

l Knowledge of TS 16949 quality systems.

熟悉TS16949质量体系。
