Requirment:

1.Bachelor degree in maritime or mechanical engineering;
2.Minimum 8-10 years' working experience in marine industry with good networking;
3.The willingness to travel regularly on company business;
4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English;
5.Demonstrable experience, marketing & sales skills and proven track record for engine room equipment;
6.Computer based skill such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc;
7.Good leadership and team player;
8.Good communication and training skills.

Responsibility:

1.To be primarily responsible for the business development and market promotion of DESMI pumps in responsible marine and offshore accounts and all other M&O DESMI products in the region;
2.Promote all DESMI M&O products to ship owners, shipyards, design and research institutes, engineering companies and distributors by seminars or other activities, together with segment sales support team if needed;
3.To continually ensure that we are developing strong and productive relationships with our customers wherever possible meeting their needs, creating a high degree of customer satisfaction;
4.Good communication with owner country sales and internal support team;
5.To gather, analyze and share market intelligence with management, which could lead to future business growth opportunities;
6.Weekly business activity report and biweekly project list updating;
7.Work closely with all M&O segments and service to penetrate the retrofit and after-market.
