职位描述
Job Description:
?1) Develop efficient ways to grow and enhance end users pipeline, and proactively upsell to generate higher margin;
?2) Keep and retain close contact with end users to understand their requirement, bring back suggestions for internal enhancements to improve end user’s satisfaction and corporate profit;
?3) Seek and hunt new chance and application to increase sales revenue and profit;
?4) To establish and manage effective programs to coach, appraise, train and motivate distributors to keep concentration and loyal in Vileda Professional;
Responsibility:
? 1) Perform sales activities on end users and distributors and push forward business and close contracts;
? 2) Build and maintain key and target account relationships, participating in key industry trade associations, customer summits, and other functions.
? 3) Manages and lead distributor sales activities, to coach and develop distributor’s sale team and product/technical staff to be well equipped Vileda Professional products, concept and knowledge;
? 4) Weekly and monthly reviews progress of sales and profitability roles throughout the company;
? 5) Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams;
? 6) Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in selected product portfolio and new innovation products range;
? 7) Provide monthly results assessments of distributor sales team’s productivity;
? 8) Monthly update and report responsible end users pipeline to Business Development Manager China to reflect the real sales picture;
? 9) Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results;
?10) To establish personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers of end users to strength presence & exposure of Vileda Professional;
? 11) Support Business Development Manager China to develop sales strategies to improve market share in selected application;
? 12) Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales & marketing activities to improve operating result;
? 13) Support Business Development Manager China to establish and control budgets for A&P and sales promotion and trade show expenses;
? 14) Monitor the AR and OR issues. Control accounts payable;
Reporting:
? Reports directly to Business Development Manager CE China;
Travelling proportion:
?Half time and above
Qualification:
?1) A Bachelor degree in Life Science Related is preferred;
?2) A minimum of five years sales, marketing or related experience or training in Life Science, Pharmaceutical sector, or the equivalent;
?3) Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information;
?4) Proven ability to motivate and manage the sales distributors, or proven ability to manage and lead sales in end users;
?5) Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies;
?6) Good oral and written English and mandarin Chinese skills;
?7) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
